eCOURTS

eCourts is the initiative of the North Carolina Judicial Branch to modernize our court system with the latest applications and technologies, moving the court system to digital and cloud-based technology.

Currently, 49 counties from Tracks 1-6 have made the conversion from paper filings to Enterprise Justice (formerly Odyssey), a platform that provides online access to digital courthouse records.

IDS/NCAOC employees may find more information on the eCourts hub on Juno.

UPDATE:

Eleven North Carolina counties comprise Track 6 of the eCourts implementation project. Track 6 launched on October 14, 2024.

The 11 counties in Track 6 of the eCourts rollout are: Anson, Cabarrus, Cumberland, Hoke, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, Richmond, Scotland, Stanly, and Union.

*For reference, you can track the eCourts rollout schedule with the map here.
