The Office of Indigent Defense Services now requires use of its own new, internally developed travel reimbursement form, exclusively for use only by IDS staff and public defenders/assistant public defenders.
New IDS Travel Reimbursement Form: IDS-A-25 – Effective April 18, 2023
*This new travel form is not the same as the AOC travel form, as the NCAOC adheres to a different set of policies and rates for travel reimbursement. If you submit travel information for reimbursement on an AOC form, it will be returned to you to resubmit on the correct form. This costs precious time and delays payment. Be sure to use the correct form.
